There's unintentional favoritism in gyms across America. Men's needs are better met than women's. Women need weights available in multiple smaller incremental increases. For a female body, adding an additional half pound or full pound of weight represents a significant increase- particularly when working arms using hand held weights or if working to recover from an injury. We need to be able to fine-tune our workout. Numerically women represent a significant percentage of the membership at gyms so we should have enough clout to make things happen more optimally for ourselves. We deserve parity. Come on ladies. Lets demand parity. ...
